Dubai has one of the busiest modeling markets in the Middle East, and one of the most confusing to break into. Every list online repeats the same five names with no context. Here's an honest one, built from the agencies actually working in this city right now.
I shoot the people these agencies sign, on both sides: models building submission portfolios before they apply, and agency talent already on the books who need fresh work. That's given me a decent view of who's active, who specializes in what, and what each agency actually wants to see before they'll consider you.
This list is for two audiences. If you're a model, it's a shortlist of who to apply to and what they're looking for. If you're a brand, casting director, or another photographer, it's a map of who to call for talent. Either way, every agency below is linked directly so you can go straight to their site.
The agencies
1. MMG Model Management
One of the most established names in the Gulf, MMG has built its reputation over more than 15 years representing local and international models across editorial, commercial, and runway work. With offices in both Dubai and London, they're a solid option if you want an agency with reach beyond the UAE. Best suited to models who already have a working portfolio and want representation with international brand relationships.
2. Bareface
Bareface is one of the oldest modeling and talent agencies in the Middle East, and it shows in how full-service their operation is: model representation, production support, and location management all under one roof. They work across fashion, commercial, and event talent. A strong choice if you want an agency that can also plug you into production-side work, not just casting calls.
3. Diva Model Management
Founded by Nicole Rodrigues, Diva Dubai runs one of the largest registered model databases in the region and pairs model representation with events management and production. They handle male, female, and child models, and are a common first stop for new models registering in the city given how actively they recruit. Good for models who want high submission volume and frequent casting opportunities.
4. FameWorx
FameWorx represents one of the broadest talent pools in the city: models, actors, event staff, and TV presenters, across a wide range of experience levels. Their scale makes them a practical option for brands casting quickly, and for newer models who want a foot in the door across multiple categories rather than one narrow niche.
5. Michelle Hay Management
Michelle Hay Management represents both male and female models in Dubai with a focus on connecting international faces to local casting opportunities. Their "models in town" system, listing which faces are currently available in the city, is a genuinely useful tool for brands and photographers looking to book quickly without waiting on a full agency submission cycle.
6. TALC Model Management
TALC is a homegrown Dubai agency running on a smaller, boutique scale than the names above. That usually means more direct communication and a closer relationship between the agency and the models on its books, which is worth factoring in if you'd rather not be one name among thousands in a database.
7. KateLi Talent
KateLi Talent is one of the newer names building a presence in the Dubai scene, growing largely through Instagram rather than a traditional agency site. If you're the kind of model who prefers working with a smaller, hands-on team over a large database agency, they're worth reaching out to directly: connect with KateLi Talent on Instagram.
Bigger isn't automatically better. Large agencies mean more casting volume but less individual attention. Boutique agencies mean fewer opportunities in raw number, but often faster replies and more say in which jobs you're put up for. Which one fits you depends on what stage you're at.
What to prepare before you apply
Every agency on this list will ask for roughly the same thing before they'll consider you: a handful of clean, honest photos and your accurate stats. None of them need a full professional shoot to make a first decision, but a well-shot submission photo does noticeably improve response rates over a phone selfie.
- One clean headshot: even lighting, neutral background, no filter.
- One full-length shot: fitted, neutral clothing so your proportions are visible.
- One natural, unposed photo: agencies want to see you, not a performance.
- Accurate stats: height, measurements, shoe size, and eye colour, listed plainly.
- A short intro: two or three sentences, no life story.

An agency can't sign what they can't see clearly. Most rejections I hear about aren't about looks: they're about submission photos that were too dark, too filtered, or too far from what the model actually looks like in person.
