The story behind the roster
Dubai has talent everywhere. What it needed was a doorway. Every day in this city, someone stands in a lift, a café or a studio doorway and has exactly the look a brand is searching for. The talent was never missing. What was missing was a simple, trustworthy place where the right face and the right project could find each other.
For clients, casting shouldn't feel like a scavenger hunt. You know the feeling. You have a vision, a deadline and a budget, and then comes the scrolling: dozens of profiles, a dozen chats, rates in different currencies, and the nagging question of whether the person you love is even free that week. It eats days that belong to your creative work.
So we built the opposite. Browse in one place, tap the heart on the faces you love, send one enquiry, and let us do the rest: availability, a clear AED quotation, usage rights, the agreement and the invoice. Often within one business day. You get to spend your energy on the part you actually love: the shoot.
For models, talent deserves to be seen. I've photographed people at every stage of their journey, and I've never forgotten the nervous first-timers: the ones who arrive with reference poses saved on their phones, a little shy, a little hopeful. Some of them bloom within months. The magic isn't luck. It's what happens when someone gets a fair chance, clear guidance and a place to be seen.
That's what the roster is for. You bring yourself. We bring the doorway, the introductions, the negotiation and the paperwork, and you stay free to say yes or no to anything. It's non-exclusive, there's no application fee, and every application is looked at by a real person.

What is Photoczaro Models?
Photoczaro Models is a curated, non-exclusive booking roster of UAE-based models, live at models.photoczaro.com. Think of it as a shortcut. Instead of searching Instagram, messaging five people and chasing rates and usage terms one by one, you browse one roster, pick the faces you love, and send us one enquiry.
From there, we handle the rest: checking availability with the models, negotiating the booking fee and image usage rights, preparing your quotation in AED, managing the booking agreement, invoicing you, and paying the model. You focus on the creative. We keep the logistics clean.
It's a roster for commercial, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality and event work, across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider UAE. Photoczaro Models is part of the Photoczaro family, which includes my photography practice, but the two are separate: you never have to book one to use the other.

Faces first, not flags
Here's something we do differently, and we're proud of it. We don't show or disclose a model's nationality on the roster. We'll share it if a client specifically asks.
Why? Because we want every booking to be fair. When a casting starts with a label, good people get filtered out before anyone has looked at their face, their energy or their fit for the brief. By keeping the roster nationality-neutral, models are chosen for how they look, how they work and what they bring to the project, and no nationality gets an advantage.

How booking works, step by step
1. Browse the roster. Filter by category, specialty, city and height, and tap the heart on anyone who catches your eye. The site works in English, French, Russian, Spanish, Czech and Arabic.
2. Build your shortlist. Your hearted models become a booking deck you can review in one place.
3. Send one enquiry. Tell us about the production, the dates and where the images will run.
4. Get your quotation. We often confirm availability and send a clear AED quotation within one business day. Fees, usage and our booking fee are all spelled out.
5. Confirm and shoot. A 50% advance confirms the date, with the balance due before the shoot. We manage the agreement, you shoot, and we take care of the model's payment.

Models: join the roster
Living in the UAE and dreaming of modelling in Dubai? Applying is free, and there's no application fee, ever.
- Who can apply: anyone 18 or over who lives in the UAE, of any nationality
- What to send: a headshot, a full-length front photo, a full-length side photo, plus up to 12 additional photos if you have them. Phone photos are welcome, and we convert them to fast web files for you.
- What happens next: every application is reviewed by hand. If it's a yes, your profile goes live with a shareable link.
- Your freedom: representation is non-exclusive, and you can say no to any booking.
